Do you ever feel like a fraud? Do you question whether you have what it takes to successfully perform your role? Do you ask yourself, "who am I to…?" If so, you likely struggle with impostor syndrome, a term for the feelings of self-doubt and inadequacy many professionals face, particularly as we advance our careers. Although approximately 70% of the population will experience impostor syndrome at some point in their lives, most who struggle with this issue do so in silence, depriving them of the resources and support needed to effectively manage it. In this interactive session, you will: Understand the effects of impostor syndrome on individuals, teams and organizations; Examine common triggers of impostor syndrome, including why you're more likely to experience impostor syndrome in certain fields and industries; and Learn actionable strategies to build your confidence and manage self-doubt so that you can effectively achieve your professional goals.
