Summary: In the current relationship-driven economy, professional relationships or networks are more important than ever. During this session we will explore how to look at the overall strength of your professional network. We will identify specific ways to nurture your current connections and explore strategies to forge new ones. Bio: Laurie is the Senior Internal Talent Consultant as part of CWD’s Workforce Planning and Talent Mobility Team.   She provides career development resources and intiatives for staff who are invested in furthering their careers at Harvard.   Laurie has designed and currently faciliates courses such as Career Roadmaps, Creating Effective Resumes and Linked in Pages, Interviewing Skills for Candidiates, What Drives your Career? and How to Network at Harvard.

Laurie is experienced in a range of assessment tools. She is qualified to interpret the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step One and Step Two, and the Strong Interest Inventory. She is also experienced with CliftonStrengths and Career Anchors. Laurie has a Master’s Degree from Emerson College in Organizational and Business Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University in Neurobiology.  She is currently a candidate at William James College for a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.
