Description: Stefan Kollenberg is the Co-Founder of Crescendo and one of the emerging leaders in Diversity & Inclusion Technology in North America. In this talk, he will touch on the impact that D&I has on the most marginalized people in our organizations, how we can understand our own privilege, and how we can spend that privilege to support people from marginalized communities. You'll leave the talk with actionable steps on how to spend your privilege, create more impactful and intersectional D&I programs, and take care of your own mental health in the process.

Accessing Lamont Library: There are elevators on either end of the building. If you enter through the main entrance on the first floor, one is to left, just past the main desk but before the stairs, and the other is to the right past the printers/scanners and display case. Take the elevator to “3”. The entrance to the Forum Room is on the center stairs landing about mid-way down the corridor. There are assisted listening devices in the room, if you need one, just ask a Chair or member of the HarvardWIT+ Task Force and they can provide one to you. https://library.harvard.edu/accessibility
