Summary: With more than a decade of experience navigating the labyrinth of Harvard University, Naisha Bradley’s journey from an executive assistant to a dean is marked with professional setbacks and comebacks. This presentation will highlight the actions women can take to support their professional advancement – identifying rules Bradley believes are essential to career growth.
Accessing Lamont Library: There are elevators on either end of the building. If you enter through the main entrance on the first floor, one is to left, just past the main desk but before the stairs, and the other is to the right past the printers/scanners and display case. Take the elevator to “3”. The entrance to the Forum Room is on the center stairs landing about mid-way down the corridor.
