What are your strengths when it comes to influence on your team or in your department? What about with your manager? Other stakeholders? In this two-hour session, we will focus on best practices for listening to and understanding your audience (those you want to influence). We all have barriers to our influence; we will practice overcoming those and expanding our sphere of influence.

• How to assess your influence and understand the big picture.
• To identify your stakeholders and what they need.
• To increase opportunities to influence by building equity in your relationships.
