Breaking Barriers Event Page: https://tinyurl.com/muzkr7t7 Session 1: 10 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. Innovation and Best Practices in Diversity Recruitment and Retention: A unique session focused on staff initiatives and elevating themes such as creating a diverse workforce, closing the diversity leadership gap, work culture and inclusivity, mobility programs and internal pathways, mentoring, building infrastructure, and candidate experience. Panelists are experts in DEI, talent acquisition and internal mobility. Open to all grade levels. BREAK: 15-mins Session 2: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. A Spotlight on Diversity in Leadership: The goal of the Spotlight on Diversity in Leadership session is to highlight diverse leaders within the Harvard community and inspire and empower staff to prepare for and pursue leadership roles. Featuring colleagues from HMS, HKS and FAS. Open to all grade levels. BREAK: 30-mins Session 3: 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Q & A with Executive Coaches: Open forum for attendees to ask relevant career advancement questions to a panel of coaches. Open to all grade levels.
