On November 15th Bailey Andrews of Client Services will join us to talk about her career path. Bailey Andrews is the Program Manager of Training and Development for Harvard University Information Technology. In her role, Bailey supports the continuing development of HUIT’s technical staff as experts and trusted advisors when it comes to the services that HUIT provides to the University.

From Field Support and the Service Desk to the Walk-in Support Center, she has ensured that HUIT technicians are trained on new and emerging technologies and support procedures by partnering with our Service Owners across HUIT to establish support standards, learn about new applications and resources, and create troubleshooting pathways.

Bailey also teaches Harvard’s first Apple Certification course and administers all Apple repairs on campus. She has been with HUIT for over 10 years, and during that time has maintained a focus on providing technical staff with the training, support, and resources they need to further the University’s teaching and learning mission, as well as developing new processes to enhance the support and operational world of HUIT.
