To get the our Dine & Discuss conversations started, I thought it made sense to start with the broad topic of organizational climate. With all of the recent news highlighting the prevalence of gender bias and sexual assault in the workplace, this felt like a good starting point – though I hope we will have the opportunity to cover a variety of topics as time goes on.
