In this seminar, Ana Weeks, Assistant Professor in Comparative Politics at the University of Bath, will discuss how gender quotas affect companies’ attention to gender equality issues, especially relating to leadership and pay gaps, as well as flexible work schedules, based on qualitative analyses of case studies from Italy and Greece.
